## Industry Trends
- Consumer confidence is building in the US following the election.
- In Canada interest rates have dropped another half a point.
- In Australia, finding good staff remains a struggle, salary expectations are above market rates.
- Interest rates dropped again in New Zealand on 28th November by another 5 basis points.
